SHIPPING POLICIES

*During the Canada Post strike, clothing, silk scarves, home decor, accessories and facemasks will be sent by alternative means*

We are now shipping to the the following countries: USA, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand.

All clothing, accessories, silk scarves, facemasks and soft home décor items are shipped directly from the manufacturing company on completion of the order.

Greeting cards and prints are normally shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Paintings are normally shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

All items are shipped by Standard Canada Post Mail. If you would like to arrange and pay for a more expedited shipping option, please contact me at cjermyn@christinejermyn.com before placing the order.

Once items are shipped, we cannot be responsible for any delays or losses incurred by the Postal authorities. Shipping times may vary depending on Canada Post, weather and current worldwide conditions. Refunds will not be issued if your package is delayed. Any applicable custom fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

For Toronto customers, curb side pick up is also available for purchases of paintings, prints and greeting cards. Curb side pick up is restricted to these categories and does not apply to any purchases of apparel, accessories or home decor items.

If you wish to avail of curb side pick up for your purchase of paintings, prints or greeting cards, but if you also wish to purchase any apparel, accessories or home decor items at that time, please complete a separate order for these.
