My customers’ satisfaction is very important to me.
All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately upon receipt at cjermyn@christinejermyn.com and I will do my best to sort it out.
Refunds will not be issued if buyer provides incorrect shipping address.
Clothing and Accessories
As all our clothing and accessories are custom printed and made-to-order they are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are custom printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts under our Size Charts tab.

If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.
When contacting us with an issue, you MUST include photos for our reference. I work with a manufacturing company who require photos in order to consider a complaint.
All of these items are MADE TO ORDER, which means that it takes approximately 10-12 business days (Monday-Friday) to make them, plus extra time for shipping times. Please be aware of that BEFORE ordering as WE CANNOT refund you based on how long overdue your order is.
